The warranty, in plain terms

Covered, for as long as you own the vehicle

• — Water leaks caused by our installation.
• — Wind noise caused by our installation.
• — Moulding or trim lift caused by our installation.
• — Stress cracks originating from installation defects (not from new impacts).

If any of these show up — next month or in five years — we re-do the work at no charge. That’s the whole clause.

Not covered (because physics)

• — New rock impacts. Chip doesn’t honour warranties; new stone, new damage, new (typically covered) repair.
• — Damage from collisions, vandalism, or body flex from off-road heroics.
• — Pre-existing rust we documented with you at install time, where it later undermines a seal.

Chip repairs, specifically

A repaired chip is stabilized, not erased. If a properly repaired chip later spreads anyway — it’s rare, but glass keeps its own counsel — we put the full amount you paid for that repair toward the replacement. When the repair was $0 through coverage, you’ve lost nothing for having tried the cheap fix first, which is exactly why we recommend it.

How to make a claim

Call (672) 952-8005 or reply to your confirmation email with your reference number. No forms, no receipts archaeology — your job is in our system. We’ll get the car back in and make it right.
