How the program runs

Apply once
Owner-approved accounts — we call you, agree rates and lot logistics, switch you on.

Submit batches from the portal
CSV paste or row-by-row. Add a lot note (best days, where keys live).

Mobile units handle repairs on the lot; replacement units are scheduled into bays with priority.

ICBC Glass Express shop handling for eligible units
Where a unit qualifies for a glass claim, we run the paperwork exactly as we do for retail customers — assessed per unit, documented on the invoice.
