ICBC claims
You do not call ICBC first. You call us.
ICBC’s own glass claims page tells drivers with Comprehensive coverage to go directly to an approved Glass Repair Program facility. We are one. We open the claim when you book, you pay your deductible at the appointment, and we invoice ICBC for the rest. If the damage is a chip that meets ICBC’s guidelines, the repair carries no deductible at all.
ICBC also states that submitting a Comprehensive claim will not affect your premium. We put the whole process, in ICBC’s words with links to the source, on one page.
What you pay
Your deductible, as printed on your policy. Nothing on top of it.
What ICBC pays
The glass, the labour, the mouldings, and camera recalibration when your vehicle needs it.
What you skip
The phone call, the paperwork and the wait for a cheque. We bill ICBC directly.

Quick answers
Do you handle ICBC claims?
Yes. We are an ICBC Glass Repair Program facility, so you do not call ICBC first. You call us, we confirm your coverage and open the claim, you pay your deductible at the appointment, and we bill ICBC for the rest. If you already have a claim number, give it to us and we use it.
Do I need to call ICBC before I book?
No. ICBC's own glass claims page tells drivers they can go directly to an approved Glass Repair Program facility. We open the claim when you book and the claim number is created then.
What will it cost?
If you are claiming through ICBC, you pay the deductible on your policy and nothing else. If you are paying yourself, you get a firm written price before we book and it does not change on the day. When the two numbers are close we show you both, so you can decide whether the claim is worth opening.
I only carry Basic Autoplan. Is my glass covered?
No. Glass is covered under Comprehensive, which is optional coverage. With Basic only, or Basic plus Collision, you pay for the work yourself and we quote a cash price.
