Bookings & quotes
A booking reserves time, not a price. Prices are confirmed as written quotes before work begins; cash work proceeds only on an approved quote. Insurance-covered work proceeds after coverage validation — outcomes described on this site as “typical” are exactly that, and your policy is the authority. Cancel or move a booking any time before we’ve started; just tell us.
Safe-drive-away times
When we hand you a safe-drive-away time after a replacement, it’s a safety instruction, not a suggestion — the adhesive needs it. Driving earlier than the written time is at your own risk and outside the warranty.
Rewards & promo codes
Game and promo codes are single-use, expire as stated (typically 7 days), have no cash value, apply to the services named on them, and can be paused if someone tries to farm them. One reward per visit.
Tracker links
Status links are private to whoever holds the link — treat them like a boarding pass. They show job stage only and expire from active use once the job closes.
