Western Autoglass runs two wings under one roof in Vancouver: an auto glass operation built around handling insurance claims on-site, and an auto service bay for everything that makes sense while the car’s already here. One booking system, one standard, one visit.
The people
Our installers are certified auto glass technicians with years of urethane under their fingernails, and our service side is run by licensed automotive technicians. Certifications and team bios are being finalized for this page — ask any of us in person in the meantime; shop people love shop questions.
The calibration bay
The back of the shop holds the room that makes us hard to substitute: a level-floor calibration bay with manufacturer target boards, controlled lighting, and the scan tooling to complete static and dynamic ADAS procedures in-house. When your windshield is replaced, the camera behind it is recalibrated here, the same visit, with a report to show for it — not outsourced into next week.
The standard
Every install gets the same non-negotiables: full-cut removal, corrosion check, correct primers with their full flash times, OEM-spec urethane, fresh mouldings and clips where they matter, and a written safe-drive-away time for the day’s conditions. Lifetime workmanship and leak warranty on every installation, for as long as you own the vehicle.
